ONLINE ORDERS
All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS within 5 days of receipt. Buyer agrees to pay a shipping and handling fee of $5.00 upon order checkout. Residents of California will be charged sales tax. Local residents can receive a refund of the shipping charge by presenting receipt at Lolo's. Shipping and handling charges to anywhere outside the US and Canada will be handled on an individual basis.

PAYMENT (ONLINE)
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD through our our secure shopping cart (Verisign) and PayPal. We also accept money orders and certified checks (sorry, no personal checks).

PAYMENT (IN STORE)
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards, personal checks, cash and credit from your Lolo’s consignment account.

RETURNS, CREDIT and/or REFUNDS
Lolo's wants you to be happy with your purchase! Online returns must be completed within 2 weeks of original shipping date (at customer's expense) to receive ONLINE CREDIT ONLY, no cash or credit card refunds for online merchandise.We will do our best to represent the item as thoroughly as possible through photo and description. We have a three day return policy for items purchased at the store. Please bring your item back with the tag intact and with your receipt for exchange or refund.

PRIVACY
Lolo's collects information on this site during the purchasing process for business purposes that will allow us to better and more efficiently serve you. These purposes include processing and verifying orders, updating customers on their orders, and providing up-to-date information on the newest Lolo's products, if so desired. Payment processing is performed securely by Paypal; Lolo's does NOT collect or store credit card information. Lolo's does not sell or redistribute any customer information to outside organizations.
